With a 50% cap, no more than 50% of the Group Volume (GV) for any rank can come from a single leg. For the Leader rank, which requires 20,000 total GV, this means:
- The maximum volume that can be counted from any one leg for the Leader rank = 10,000 GV.
- That means at least two or more of your legs must contribute to the 20,000 GV total.
This rule ensures that a “Leader” demonstrates both depth (strong leadership in at least one line) and width (active development in additional legs).
If one leg produces 12,000 GV while others remain underdeveloped, you’d only be able to count 10,000 GV from that leg toward the Leader rank requirement.
| Leg | Volume (GV) | % of Total | Counts toward rank |
| Leg A | 12,000 | 60% | 10,000 (Capped) |
| Leg B | 5,000 | 25% | 5,000 |
| Leg C | 3,000 | 15% | 3,000 |
In this example, you would need an additional 2,000 GV from any smaller leg(s) to reach the 20,000 GV requirement.
The 50% leg cap prevents an unstable organization where one team in your organization drives all success.
This team structure:
- Encourages a spread of effort and income.
- Promotes leadership duplication.
- Reduces risk of losing rank if one leader or team exits.
- Increases overall organizational health and long-term sustainability.
It also fosters fair competition and helps maintain a consistent culture of teamwork and mutual support across your organization.
