From the start, structure your team with at least 3–5 personally sponsored frontline Business Partners. Even if one or two grow faster than others, this creates the foundation for long-term balance and compliance with the 50% rule.
Coach your teams so that sales and recruiting efforts are spread across multiple legs. For instance:
- Leg A: 10,000 GV
- Leg B: 6,000 GV
- Leg C: 4,000 GV
→ Total = 20,000 GV (qualifies, because no leg exceeds 50% of total)
