When a new member joins your direct sales business, you, as their enroller, have the one-time option to decide where in your organization they will be placed. This is called placement and allows you, the enroller, to place volume where it will maximize the Leg Cap rule and assist Rank Advancement.
Once you choose which leg (team line) to place them in, that decision is permanent. The system locks that placement, and it cannot be moved or changed later. You have seven days from enrolling a new member to choose their placement.
Even though the placement is final, you will always remain their personal enroller, meaning you personally enrolled them and receive the benefits and recognition for doing so, but the person you place them under is now their “sponsor”. As such, their sales volume and team growth will now contribute to the leg you placed them in.
Example
- You enroll Sarah as a new member.
- You choose to place Sarah in your second leg to strengthen that team and add volume
- Sarah’s placement is now fixed, her future sales and recruits will count under that leg.
- You are still Sarah’s enroller, but her team placement will not change.
This structure encourages thoughtful team building and strategic leadership, allowing a leader to place volume where it will maximize the Leg Cap rule and assist Rank Advancement
